When we hear about it; it brings sadness to the heart.
We all know we have to leave this earth one day but it’s never happened the right way and it’s never happened at the right time. Death always surprises us all, bringing mixed emotions in ways we've never experienced before.
No racer has efficient running techniques to move as quickly as he does. It does not matter how smart we are; it does not matter how slick we are, we cannot hide from death.
No GPS have sufficient connection to your address than he does. Whatever stage you are in life, he can reach you. He is a respecter of no age, he is not prejudice, and distance doesn’t limit him. He doesn’t need permission to open your door and no one dare to stop him.
You never know when you'll leave here.
You never know when it’s a friend's turn.
You never know when a family member will be hit by him.
Why God set life on earth this way? Why when we least expect it, when we get most comfortable with the love ones, it happens. Can we be mad at God, especially when we think “my love ones leave too soon?”
After Adam and Eve chose to disobey God, they hand down their sin nature to the entire human race that is why we are all born with hearts rebelling against God; our bodies are born with the potential to get sick and to expire. Death is a part of life; it ends a life, but not a relationship.
God loves us and cares for us that He sent Jesus to us and He Himself warned us “we are in this world but not of this world. John 15:19”, we are just a passenger. Passengers do not stay one place. They go from one place to another.
If you are grieving for a love one now, remember the good times, cherish them, and treasure them in your heart.
This is also the time that makes us realize that we need to build closer relationships with those who are still alive; it’s also a wake up moment to take time to enjoy life with our love ones, and friends; even those who gets on our nerves.
Time to make sure we put all indifferences aside, don’t let vile things come between us and rob us of enjoying each other. Express love to one another now and don’t wait until tomorrow; tomorrow is not promised. Now is all we’ve got and all you will get when the clock stops.
Fill each day with as much joy as possible. Just live life! You never know when you or someone’s leaving here.
